It’s been a while since I’ve posted because I’ve been too busy to photography all my recent projects!
But meanwhile, just for fun, I thought I’d share something kind of … ironic that keeps happening.
Requests in threes. Similar color or design requests, three in a row, all within the same week. It happens over and over again, and I can’t get it out of my head.
The first time it happened, it was brown and copper. Requests from three different new customers, all looking for dark chocolate brown and copper. Everyone has a completely different look, and they will all be complete soon, but each put their design start requests in on the same week.
Next it was Tangerine. Within 2 days, three requests for tangerine, which no one had asked about until then.
A few weeks later came very tropical-themed passports. And to quote what I got in emails from three separate potential clients “something beachy, tropical…maybe starfish, or seahorses?”… You might think that doing the passport invitations, largely for destination weddings in tropical locations, that theme would have been requested before. Nope, so far, just those three, one after another. And we’ll see soon how different they all come out!
The latest is burgundy and yellow/gold shades. So far only two back-to-back requests for those colors have surfaced … waiting on the third…..
